Publishing negotiations: Read & Publish Agreement with World Scientific

The ETH Library has entered into an agreement with the publisher World Scientific, which offers researchers at ETH an additional opportunity to make their results freely available to the public. This marks the 20^th Read & Publish agreement for the benefit of the ETH community.

The external pageRead & Publish agreement with the renowned scientific publishercall_made comes into force retroactively as of January 1, 2024. It allows authors affiliated with ETH Zurich to uncapped open access publishing in the more than 130 hybrid journals of World Scientific. In addition, a 20% discount on article processing charges (APCs) is granted for publication in its Gold Open Access journals.
